1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Alphas GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Alphas", "we" or "us") and our customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you") concerning the use of our website and the services offered.

3. Services

Alphas offers services in the fields of personal development, EXP scoring systems, coaching, workshops, digital learning formats, and consulting activities.

The exact scope of services results from the respective offers or individual contracts agreed upon.

4. Conclusion of Contract

A contract between Alphas and the customer is concluded through written confirmation of an offer or another form of confirmation (e.g. email, digital booking).

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All stated prices are in Euros (€) plus statutory VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice without any deductions.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Note: For digital services that are provided immediately, the right of withdrawal may lapse (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

7. Cancellations and Withdrawal

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the following conditions apply:

Up to 14 days before the start of service: free cancellation

13 to 7 days before the start of service: 50% of the agreed fee

Less than 7 days: 100% of the fee

8. Liability

Alphas is only liable for damages caused by willful intent or gross negligence.

In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Copyright

All content, texts, concepts, and materials provided within the scope of our services are protected by copyright.

Use or distribution beyond the contractual agreements is not permitted.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Italy shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of Alphas GmbH.

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
